We provide training and adoption support as part of any technology deployment to help users transition to the new ways of working.
We plan for training and adoption from the outset. We understand that any business will have many different levels of ability and needs and we work with you to understand who the users are, how they will be using the new technology and how they want to be supported.
Our experience with training organisations and their users allows us to recommend lots of different approaches, such as a Train The Trainer model, remote Microsoft Teams training sessions, User Surgery Sessions, Workshops and more.
To really understand whether training has been effective, we will work with you to identify Key Performance Indicators, such as quizzes that test a users knowledge following the delivery of training; or tracking a reduction in the number of support issues a user raises. This helps identify whether training has been successful or whether additional activities are needed to support users.
